Nestled in a charming valley in the heart of one of the most stunning Austrian resorts, this hotel boasts breathtaking views of the Dachstein range. the cable car provides easy access to the summit of Hoher Dachstein and the glacier. Rooms and bathrooms are immaculate, with attention given to every detail while the service is friendly and warm. A delicious breakfast buffet, a range of facilities including a fitness center and a spa make this hotel a home away from home.
The hotel needs to improve on managing the opening hours of certain facilities.

Great mountain views and a cozy atmosphere with delicious meals. Likes: During the Xmas period, there were beautiful mountain views and cozy fireplaces at the hotel, which perfectly suited the holiday mood. the food was really tasty and well, prepared, with plenty of options to choose from. the location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby activities such as skiing and hiking.
Kids can be noisy and the rooms were not well, insulated. Dislikes: Although the hotel allowed kids, they could be very noisy, which was distracting during meal times and relaxation times.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, situated in the center of a stunning resort with breathtaking views of the Dachstein range. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel warmly welcomed from the moment we arrived. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, with a range of facilities including a spa and wellness center, indoor swimming pool, sauna, and even a fitness center. We especially enjoyed having free access to the nearby sports center, where we could relax in the swimming pool and indulge in the various saunas and steam rooms. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, providing all the necessary comforts and conveniences for a truly enjoyable stay.
We had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is amazing, nestled in a beautiful valley with stunning views of the mountains. The hotel facilities are great; I especially enjoyed the private underground connection to the sports center. The breakfast buffet was expansive and the staff were very friendly.

Great location and plenty of skiing options for the xmas week. The food was good quality and there was plenty of it. The snowshoe hiking was a highlight, which really showed off the scenic vistas on offer.
The hotel lacked more natural light in the common areas. , some of the staff could be less abrupt when dealing with guests.
